I am a dress maker and I don’t stock my dresses. All of my dresses are made to order and I make them in your custom measurements with your custom requirements (if any). I strictly follow the measurements I receive and I implement your custom requirements (if any) as possible as practically can do. That’s why it’s very important for me if you follow my measurement instructions and get them with help of a Professional Tailor.

However, due to nature of custom orders, when you receive your dress you may need minor alterations. I suggest you plan for minor alterations with help of a local tailor

When you will receive your dress, if something makes you unhappy, just let me know in 5 DAYS after you receive your package and let’s talk and understand what is the issue.

A. Quality Issues: Returning For Replacement And Refund

All returns must be sent within 5 days of the shipment being delivered. We only accept
1. If our staff finds that the merchandise is defective as described, you will receive a refund for the purchase price plus shipping and handling fees.
2. If we find that the merchandise is not defective in any way or has been misused, then the merchandise will be shipped back
to you with no refund.

B. Size Errors:
Please be aware that due to the nature of the handwork required, the finished gown may vary approximately 1.3″ in either direction of specified measurements.
1. All dresses are made or come with margins for altering and tailoring if desired. If the dress size did not arrive in the specification as one ordered, one can choose to make the adjustments at a local tailor, in which case we will reimburse the tailoring costs as long as the costs does not exceed the original price of the dress by 50%. If the tailoring costs exceed the original price of the dress by 50%, we will reimburse only up to the amount equal to 50% of the dress`s original cost.
2. We provide a modification service for our customers, who can send back the dress and get the dress modified within 5 working days.

I cannot accept refunds or returns on following situations:

– If you pass me wrong measurements*. (I will I cannot accept refunds or returns on following situations:

– If your event is canceled or you assist you on the process:))
* If your complaint is about ”I made your dress in wrong measurements than you sent me”, then you should provide me pictures of your dress with measurement tape while you wear it, with assist of a professional seamstress.

– If your measurements changed due to weight gain or loss.

– If your dress is damaged because of wrong ironing or washing methods.

– If you pass me wrong shipping details.

– If you contact me with your return request in longer time than 5 DAYS after you received your package.

– If you don’t return your dress in 5 Days upon the agreement of return.

– I can’t accept a return or refund if the reason is you didn’t like the style.
Please understand. If you are not sure about which style is better for your body type then I recommend you to visit a local bridal salon and try on similar style dresses. This would help you to make your final decision.

– Rush service fees (if any) are not refundable.

– Custom styles or an order with any customization are not refundable.
**Orders made in custom measurements are also custom made orders.

Although I attempt to represent online colors as accurately as possible, I cannot guarantee that the colors shown on your monitor will match the actual garment. Variations of light and reflections on the original photograph as well as differences in computer monitors and printers may make color tones appear slightly different than the actual fabric.

Answer 12:
I would prefer If multiple pieces orders placed in one order together with all the details at the same time.
We can avoid any misunderstanding or mistake on the details in this way.
Also, If I buy the materials and the fabrics of your dresses at the same time then all the dresses will have the same.
But sometimes, the same material or fabric may have slight color tone difference if bought in different times. This is fabric or material factory result, not about me.. 🙂

The other advantage of placing multiple pieces order together at the same time is cheaper shipping cost.
Because combined shipping cost comes cheaper than separate shipping for each dress.

I am a part of a bridal party. There will be other girls who will order their dresses from you. Should I inform them about my color choice and other details to avoid a misunderstanding?

Answer 13:
If you are a part of a bridal party and if there are other girls who will join to the same party and planning to order their dresses with me, then I recommend you to inform them about your color number choices (if they would also want the same color as your dress).
So they can mention the same color numbers and details in their order and we would avoid any misunderstanding or mistake on the details in this way.
Or If it’s possible, you or other girl from the group can place all the dresses in the same order with the details.

I put cups in the bust part of all of my wedding dresses.
When you receive your dress and try it on if you feel that you still need more support, then you can wear invisible type bra or other kind.

If you are in a diet, then you can send me your realistically targeted measurements and I do your dress in those measurements.
This would be also a HUGE motivation for your diet process.. 🙂
I will leave some room in your dress and If need, you can alter it in a local tailor anyway.
